It's really really cold yesterday and today.
When I started my car yesterday morning at 8:15, the thermostat said -8F.
That is -22C. I never experienced even -8C in Japan...
At this temperature, all winter accessories like hats and ear muffs need to cover me up.
It's almost the same today (actually a bit colder).
I left a water bottle in the car in the morning. It's a plastic bottle and
about half water was left.
When I returned to the car three hours later, the bottle was dented.
And the water inside was half frozen!
I guess a car is as cold as a freezer when the engine is not on...
We only have a few days like this. It's good it won't be like this whole winter.
The weather forecast says it'll warm up to about 0C tomorrow!
